FAQ
Answers about Silver Arkhane shelves, materials, installation, production and delivery.
Are the shelves made from stainless steel?
Yes. Our shelves and decorative pieces are precision laser-cut from stainless steel and finished by hand in Europe.
Why can fine scratches appear on polished stainless steel?
Stainless steel is a metal, and every polished metal surface can develop fine marks during normal handling and use. The higher the polish, the more visible these marks may become because the surface reflects light more strongly. This is a natural characteristic of the material, not a manufacturing defect. Please treat the surface carefully and clean it only with a soft microfiber cloth. Thank you for your understanding.
Are the shelves in stock?
We keep a limited quantity of selected shelves ready to ship. Many pieces are made to order. For made-to-order items, production starts from 2 weeks, followed by delivery time.
What is included?
Each wall shelf includes mounting screws and universal wall plugs. Because wall materials differ, please make sure the supplied fixings are suitable for your wall and the intended load before installation.
How long does delivery take?
Production for made-to-order pieces starts from approximately 2 weeks. After dispatch, estimated delivery is approximately 10–14 business days within the European Union, up to 20 business days to the United States, and 20 business days or more for other international destinations. All shipments include a tracking number. Customs and local carrier delays may extend these estimates.
